My research career path has been non-traditional, compared to any general academician career, I feel being fortunate to have had the opportunity to do research in both academia and industry. I had the opportunity to gain an exposer to do both fundamental and applied research. The knowledge and experiences I gained working in both academia and industry have provided me with a broad background and a unique perspective on research in shaping my career as an educator and technical consultant. This research career path has helped me to acquire adaptability, resilience, and persistence. Right from my post-graduation, my research work was associated with industry giants like the Ministry of Information and Communication Applied Research, LG, Samsung, SK Telecomm, ETRI, and Hyosung Corporation.
